At AMR Choice Solutions we take confidentiality and security very seriously and undertake not to divulge, disclose or communicate any information relating to the client to any third parties.  We understand that some information may be of a highly sensitive nature and we will treat such information as strictly confidential.

Any work produced by us is held electronically for the period of the project with appropriate backup and files are deleted upon payment of invoice.  Archived material will be held on file only at the express request of the Client but will not be disclosed to any third parties without their specific instruction.

All independent contractors who work for AMR Choice Solutions are requested to sign a confidentiality agreement before commencing work with our company.  They are also requested to delete all files relating to a project on completion of each assignment.

We use a file transfer system which is a secure alternative to FTP.  This system uses 128-bit encryption ensuring security of your data during transfer and whilst being stored on our servers.  In addition to this all upload and download activity is tracked at all times.
